Account Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Managers /Sales Executives with account organisation, holding regular status meetings with your teams to keep communication open, and to update relevant workflow documentation and Salesforce/Salesloft.
  • Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls, sending out briefs and campaign launches through to progress calls and reports, leading up to campaign renewals
  • Assist AM with creating sales/pitch decks and collating information prior to client meetings
  • Work with delivery to provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls
  • Establish strong relationships with client accounts with the aim of retaining business for the company
  • Manage coordination with our delivery and quality teams to hit our KPIs for each campaign (referring to the KPI sheet)
  • Partner with the sales team to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting scheduling and sharing contact reports and follow ups.
  • Assist the team to produce fee estimates together with a scope of work document and tracking and managing budgets.
  • Producing (and following) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed with all parties.
  • Assist the sales team in writing resign briefs with input from the delivery team
  • Research, collect and summarise industry and competitor trends for client teams to be used both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring client expectations are set and met appropriately and gather client feedback throughout the campaign.
  • Become a trusted member of the team to maintain professional client communications and delivery of projects on time and on budget.

 

Desired Experience:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Able to utilise Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or like program.
  • Strong ability to independently deliver against short term immediate goals and long term strategic objectives.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data driven approach to providing solutions.
  • You have exceptional analytical skills acquired from previous experiences.

We are a revolutionary marketing lead generation business looking for talented Account Managers to our growing team in London.

The Account Manager will use existing and creative new business development techniques to source and win new business as well as playing a key part in understanding the needs of their client base and providing key information to help them grow their sales pipeline.

  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to completion of the sale
  • Overcome objections and confirm discovery calls for the Client Services team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to effectively hand-over over to our client success team for client onboarding.
  • Work towards weekly KPI’s and monthly sales targets
  • Develop a good knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape

 

Essential Experience

Head of Sales is a newly created role to lead a small team of Business Development Managers to grow our agency and direct sales business. The role will build and refine strategies in: prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing in order to grow revenue across the UK and Globally.

We're looking for a self motivated, player-coach, who shares our passion for offering the best quality service in the market. We are looking for someone who is commercial savvy and uses a solutions approach to solve complex client problems.

Salary OTE £90,000 - £120,000 plus benefits (uncapped commission, healthcare, pension, amazing incentives, socials, 33 days holiday (inc bank hols).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use existing & creative business development techniques to source new clients - Agency and Direct.
  • You will contribute to lead generation strategies and activities and attend new business meetings were applicable
  • Work with the Client Services team to build key relationships with existing client base to understand their needs
  • Set and hit KPIs (you and your team)
  • You will optimise and refine the sales process to improve productivity & guarantee maximum effectiveness
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis

Interlink's founders are seeking an Agency Sales Development Manager, who will work directly with Agencies and Agency holding groups (UK & Globally) to drive growth.

Responsibilities will include expansion revenue, client onboarding, providing product advice and expertise and handover to the Client Sevices team to ensure we offer a first class customer service.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in either selling into agencies or working for one of the major agency holding groups.

 

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years experience of selling a service/product into Agencies
  • Working in an agency sales or new business function driving growth out the brands you managed.
  • Experience in value selling and have a proven track record of growing revenue across an existing client portfolio.
  • Outstanding presenting skills at all levels including C-level and decision makers.
